Fort Myers Beach - If you're looking for an exciting vacation in the sun, Fort Myers Beach has it all. Most of the hotels, restaurants and bars are right on the beach. There are many chartered vessels to rent; you can view the white sand and the vast clear blue water.

The Fort Myers Beach which consists of two islands; Estero Island having the longest beaches that seem to go on forever second island is Captiva Island. This island has a wonderful little village with old traditions and a great history.

The Mecca of activities for the island is a section called Times Square. It has restaurants, and shops all within walking distance of most hotels, but Estero Island does have a more laid back casual side to it, Lovers Key State Park. The park is a popular recreational playground for residents and visitors alike, visitors of any age, can look for seashells, swim in the year-round warm waters, have a picnic, or find a relaxing spot in the shade to have a conversation.

Fort Myers Beach does offer a public transportation Trolley service that is as quaint as the island itself.
